After doing/completing the “we’re good to go scheme” for tourism and hospitality business, your visit to Hirdre Fawr will be different to what its used to be, but by complying with the following guidelines and few rules you can still enjoy the simple things Hirdre Fawr has to offer. There is plenty of space enabling to maintain the 2m social distance, and make many more happy memories with family and friends.
● We have carried out a covid-19 risk assessments.
● We have put in place extensive cleaning and hygiene procedures in line with government guidance .
● We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance where needed to welcome you back here.
What you need to do before you come to stay:
Please cancel and rearrange your trip if you or someone you live with shows signs of either
● a high temperature
● a new continuous cough
● a loss of smell or taste (anosmie)
● or any other covid-19 symptoms
If you develop any of these symptoms during your stay here PLEASE INFORM ME ASAP, so I can contact the local Track and trace and follow their advice on the steps to take. If you’re ok to drive we do ask you to return home and follow the self isolating advice and get a test,
To help the Track and Trace, you will need to text me when you’re coming to stay and for how long, this is so I can make a note of it. Please do not invite or entertain day-visitors, and your unit should only be used by members of the same household at the time.
(this is to help to track and trace if someone did have symptoms, can everyone please text me your address and email address so I can make any updates to the information I have)
I will have hand sanitiser stations on the site, but please also bring your own to be on the safe side and sanitise before and after you use your water taps.
During your stay with please DO NOT:
● Meet or gather with friends in a social group other than groups as permitted by Welsh Government and their rules on social distancing.
● Allow children under 10 to roam unsupervised around the park, so they do not albeit inadvertently break the social distancing.
● In respect of our safety and staff, please do not enter the farm yard, apart from only using the bins, and if you want to contact us, please text, call, FB messenger or email Annwen or Robert rather than coming up to the house, and we will meet you outside.

The toilet block, washing up area will be closed however the three showers and chemical disposable area are open. The play area is also open, but please make sure your children sanitise their hands before and after and that they practice the 2m distance as much as they can. Children under 10 should be supervised by an adult. The private track down to the coves of Rhosgor and Wales costal path is on your doorstep and still ok to use.
I hope we can all get used to the new normal and comply to the new rules that are there for you all to feel confident in returning here and enjoy your stay in the safest way possible.
